Right click causes freeze-up!

My daughter installed SP2 while I was at work and told me
the computer froze while installing. I don't get any
error messages but when I right-click the mouse on a
desktop item or a file in windows explorer the problem
arises. The hourglass starts working but nothing else
will work. Alt.-cont.-del. doesnt even work. After a
few minutes I get a window saying Dr Watson cannot fix
the error. Sometimes I don't get anything and after 5
minutes or so I have to manually turn the computer off.
Any ideas?

I had same problem, thought it was a virus that had got through. Uninstalled
DviX and now my right click is a ok. Thanks Ricky
