Right Click Blocked

Since installing Microsoft AntiSpyware I can no longer
right click a link and left click Open in New Browser. Is
this a feature I can disable in Microsoft AntiSpyware. My
only option so far has been to shut down Microsoft
AntiSpyware.

That sounds more like Spyware or a defective right click button on your
mouse. I would restart in safe mode and do a full system scan with Microsoft
AntiSpyware and the following thirdparty AntiSpyware utilities:
