Allowed or blocked?

Sometimes when I logon to Windows I get the following
Microsoft AntiSpyware popup:

Microsoft AntiSpyware Notice
An Application Change has been Allowed

Microsoft AntiSpyware has blocked the Internet Explorer
Bar Microsoft Shell Doc Object and Control Library
(shdocvw.dll) from being installed.

Name: Microsoft Shell Doc Object and Control Library
File path: c:\windows\system32\shdocvw.dll

This program is known to be spyware free.
