Right click a ZIP file pops up a warning before the context menu???

WHY does Windows XP Pro SP2 give me a popup warning when I right click on a
ZIP file on my LAN?

It's an Internet Explorer pop-up stating that "This page has an unspecified
potential security risk." I'm using WINDOWS EXPLORER and not IE to browse my
LAN files.

Any drive that I have mapped to a letter is secure and should be treated as
a local drive.

How do I turn this annoyance off?
