"Review Changes" notice each time I boot up

After installation of an Creative Audigy SB2 card and installation of the
software/drivers, I receive a "review changes to your computer settings"
taskbar icon every time I boot and get to my desktop. Each time I "accept"
the "allow" suggestion, but it seems that WinDefender won't take the hint
that it's OK. How do I configure Defender to stop this (I certainly don't
want to eliminate the soundcard from the start menu).

Hello Texmark,

I think you may have to work at excluding it from the scan, as an interim
measure. Tools, Options, scroll down to Advanced options, and fill the box,
hit the add button.
