Retrieving ALL Emails

How can I retrieve ALL of my messages that I receive on my home computer,
which uses Outlook Express, from my office computer which uses Outlook?.
When I went into my home email yesterday, I noticed that I had over 100
messages. Yet when I tried to retrieve them today via my office computer, I
only had 3 messages? What can I do to make sure that I can check all of my
home emails from my office computer?

In both applications you'll need to set your account settings to leave a
copy on the server for x days which will allow you to download the message
on both computers.

Can someone please give me the exact steps I need to take to accomplish this?

Not without any version information and a confirmation if you are indeed
using a POP3 account.
Start with Tools-> Account Settings...
