Retireiving emails from the blueyonder server.

I have outlook and until recently using "send and receive" I was retrieving
emails from the blueyonder server without difficulty. A few weeks ago
however I started to notice I was not retrieving all the emails that were on
the server. If I go on line to see my emails they are on the blueyonder
server. If I try and use outlook to retrieve them however they do not arrive
unless I use outlook within a very shoprt time after the have been recieved
by blueyonder. If I do not retrieve them very shjortly after they arrive on
the bulyonder server then I cannot get them at all via outlook and have to
access them on line. There seems to be some sort of timing out which I
cannot resolve. Blue yonder say that as they are on the server it is an
outlook problem. Any one else encountered this issue or can offer a solution?

Are these messages in the Inbox on the Blue Yonder server? What version of
Outlook are you using and what type of account?
