emails blocked

I'm using outlook to send all my emails and blueyonder as
my account. When i send emails directly from my web
account they get through, but when i send them to through
my outlook not all get through to the recipients, is
there something I could have set up wrong?

maybe they getting blocked by outlook
please try the outlook tuner to unlock the files you want to send.

They are going out of my outbox so they are leaving but
for some reason I think outlook must change them so other
servers block them??? What is tuner? it was in german so
I couldn't understand it??? sorry

Hi Chris,
i understand this.
you can send the mails with attachments, but the receiver can´t open it.
So Outlook tuner let you "unblock" the files like "exe, mdb and so on".
Maybe he/she can unlock Outlook with that tool and can receive the messages.

The OP said that the recipient doesn't get any message at all, not that the
recipient gets the mesage but can't open the attachment.
