Retrieve Deleted email

Hi,

I need to retrieve an email that i deleted 6 months back, how can i do this?

Using windows desktop search i gave a search for this mail & i can see this
mail, but the body of the mail is empty. When i open this mail, it says, this
email has been moved or deleted. How can i retrieve this, either using
Outlook or Windows Desktop search?

Why do you delete mail messages that you may need in the future? Outlook
offers an archive feature for this; I have archived every single email
message that I have received since 1995, and it has often proved useful
to search for old mail messages (with any desktop search program).
