I'm using WinVista and Microsoft outlook 2007

When I retrieve all my webmail into microsoft outlook 2007, it helps me auto
delete all the email in inbox after all the email is copied into microsoft
outlook 2007.

I would like to retrieve the email into my outlook but I would need need the
email to stay in my webmail. This is because i need the email to be in my
laptop and a copy in my desktop as well. Once i retrieve all emails in my
laptop(ms. outlook 2007), it auto delete all email in webmail and i cannot
retrieve again to my desktop.

Anyone can teach me how to disable it (the auto delete inbox after retrieve
emails)?

Thank you.

Look on the Advanced tab of your Outlook Account Properties - there is the
option to leave a copy on the server and other options as well.

Open your Accounts option from Outlook, highlight your POP3 account and
select Change. You will need to click on the More Settings button to access
the last tab in the Accounts Properties window.
