Restrict Access to folders during set times using XP Pro

How do I restrict users from accessing certain folders /
files to specific times of the day - i.e allow users to
only play games during breaks?

There is no really easy way to do that, but it's possible. One idea is
to create two scripts. One script would lock the files down when you
want. For instance, let say you want to prevent users from running a
certain app after 5pm. You would create a script that would protect
that file and schedule that script to run every day at 5pm. You would
them create another script that would unlock the files at and schedule
it to run at, say 8am.
