restoring specific webpage cookie file

Hi.Im looking for a freeware to restore a specific cookie file from a
website
that i had let say 2-3 weeks ago stored into my computer.Doing cleanup
routines yesterday i have cleaned my computer from temporary
files,deleted history and
also cookies.Deleting cookies,now windows cant put the password
automatically
in a account login that i have in a certain website.Does eksist any
program
to restore password cookies? Thank you

According to what version of Windows you have, can you do a System
restore?
