Restoring deleted Share Documents folder

A user on a network mistakenly deleted the Shared Documents folder in the My
Network Places in XP home a couple days ago. All I'm left with is a
Documents link (instead of Shared Documents link in the Other Places) that is
inaccessible. The Shared Documents folder has been completely removed from
\Documents and Settings\All Users\. How do I restore the Shared Documents
folder in the \Documents and Settings\All Users\to its original state with
its subfolders and restore the link in Other Places?
