restoring computer to prior settings

linda gilmore

A couple days ago, I reset my computer to a prior date
because a pop-up called Keenvalue offer somehow added
itself to what programs I had. Since this popup started,
every time it came up, if I tried to click it off, my
computer would freeze up. It would not let me remove it
from the control panel, so I went back to when I thought I
first saw it, and reset my settings to that day. Now, when
I am online and try to look at profiles in games, or try
to look at different things in a site, when I put on the
item I want to see or do, I hear a funny noise, and
nothing comes up. Help!!! How can I fix this problem.

In addition to following the advice from Ramesh you should
