restart

When I do a restart either via Start,shutdown, restart or when asked do I
want to restart computer after download, etc my computer shuts down all the
way. Is this some option that I'm overlooking or just can't find??
Can someone give me a clue please.

Funny enough, the opposite happens to me. Whenever i try
to shut it down, it restarts no matter what.
Unfortunatly, I find no solution to you problem, which is
why I posted a message above.
