Resources account - count as a licenced user?

Hi All,

I am looking into creating different resources in my Exchange Server, e.g.
Conference room, Projector, Notebooks, etc.

However, I am curious to know if each resource created in the server is
counted as a licenced user?

That's really a question you need to ask the licensing experts at Microsoft. THey have an 800 number in North America.
