Resize Pictures

Is there away I can resize all my pictures to small format. I can right
click a picture and send it okay. What I want to do is in Outlook be able to
send an email and attach multiple pictures in small picture format. When I
go to attach a pic it attaches it in a large picture format.

Why not use an image editor to reduce the sizes before composing your
message?
