That error message listed the type of error and a line number where the
error occurred. Would you post these please? There are a number of "Script
Errors" that can happen and the line number is important to determining the
correct way to fix it.

Hi,
We had this issue with a user printing a HTML message from Outlook
2003. I narrowed down the issue to an Internet Explorer PageSetup
issue (invalid margin sizes). To Fix - Rename the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetupXXXX
Or delete it.
