I have already done the usual and an ie and wqindows repair.

Application popup: iexplore.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x771b1743" referenced memory at "0x000832a0". The memory could not be
"read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Please have a direct ms fix availe asap. This has been going on before and
after sp2. It's IE only.

All of the crash memory addresses are always the same.

I work for VA State as a Virginia Tech employee. Please show this to the VA
state support if a fix is not available.

But have you scanned for spyware? Very often it's buggy spyware, which makes
IE to crash.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
