IE ap error atleast 2 times a day

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180,
faulting module wininet.dll, version 6.0.2900.2180, fault
address 0x0000174b.

This happend in sp1 and it's still happening in sp2. All
other parts of the os are fine? How can I stop this? It
occurs during random times.
