Exchange serve
Background: I have a Contacts folder which has 98 Distribution list
in it. Each distribution list has a unique set of members alway
populated from our Global Address List. Each list relates to
particular property we own and the members are those who requir
notification of an event. We distribute to these lists daily.
Because of increasingly changing members, the lists are consumin
more time to keep current and even loger to verify en masse at
point in time
Question: Is there any way to report the members of individua
distribution lists along with the name of the related distributio
list electronically? I know I can print all 98 lists on paper, bu
that is time consuming and requires the visual inspection of 9
pages. I have Crystal Reports 8.5, Business Objects access and o
course Outlook 2002. In Crystal, I can report out all th
information of the distribution list objects themselves, but not th
names of distribution list members
Also, is there a better way to manage ever-evolving distribution list
of this nature rather than using Outlook and its Distribution Lis
features
Thanks
