Report Formatting and Printing HELP HELP?

I have a main preprinted form that has a front and a back to it. The front
and back of the form require some data fields to be printed on it from the
main table MainCatTbl = Field PriCat . There are two blocks on the front and
on the rear of the form. The two blocks on the front hold Cat1 and Cat2.
The rear holds the duplicate values of Cat1 and Cat2 asking some questions to
be completed by the recipient and returned to us.

I designed my report as a single page report document setting it in columns
and placeing the data field names to the left of the report. The report
prints all of the records ok on the front of the form however I have not
discovered a method to make the FORM TWO PAGES in length so I can print the
form on a duplex printer.

PLEASE HELP need to use next week if I get this figured out......

Thanks everyone ahead of time you all are GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forms aren't really intended to be printed (that's what reports are for), so
there really aren't any specific techniques that I'm aware of to accomplish
what you want.

Can you not convert your form into a report? (right-click on the form, and
Save As Report should be one of the available options)

My form is a preprinted filling form on paper that I am trying to print in a
report from data in the db.....

The form I am speaking of here is a paper form not one in the db....I just
need my report to look and print like the paper form template.

Reports have a Page Break control available. Will putting one (or two) in
solve your problem?
