report format of file

ive built an order application using access 2000 - once all the new
orders are entered the users press a button and they are all processed
into a single report that has a seperate page for each new order.

what i want is to save this report in a file format that keeps its
layout and colours, etc including a small bitmap company logo so we can
email this over to our supplier - ive tried rich text format and this
loses a lot of the report formatting and the bitmap doesnt go over, the
excel export seems to carry over just text and the other options im
using in a macro dont seem right either, ie html, dos, - the snapshot
seems to do it but only gives a single page for some reason - not all
the pages and im not sure the supplier would be able to open the
snapshot format (is it part of access, office or a built in windows
function?)

so far the best ive done is to print it out as a pdf file and email this
- this is fine and works well but i just want to check if i am missing
out on something else as id also prefer to be able to email over an
editable file such as a word doc or something similar but with all the
correct formatting, etc as the supplier add's additional info to the
order which would be made difficult if it was a pdf.

can anyone help?

Are you sure the snapshot only shows one page? The navigation arrows for
multiple page reports is in the lower left corner of the snapshot viewer
window.

The snapshot viewer ships with Access 97 SR-1 or later, so it's a given if
you're running Access, but for those clients who don't have Access on their
systems, it can be downloaded form Microsoft. There's a good article at
http://www.microsoft.com/accessdev/articles/snapshot.htm?gssnb=1

With the report showing in preview on the screen, have you tried
clicking on the Office Links button and then choosing "Publish It with
Mcrosoft Word"? I have had good success doing it this way.
