Replying to an email from a shared inbox folder

I am runnning Exchange 2003 on the server.
Clients are using Outlook 2003.

We have 3 users here who have full access to a shared mailbox. When they
want to reply to an email within that mailbox they receive an error messege
saying : You do not have permission to send the messege on behalf on that
specified user.

All 3 users are owners of this mailbox too, so i cant see it being a
permissions issue.

Any ideas?

Check whether they specifically have Send As or Send On Behalf Of
permission.

I’ve got the same problem, but I’m using Outlook 2003, and Exchange 2000.
Any suggestions?
