Move deleted items into shared deleted items folder

A colleague and I have access to a shared mailbox and every time we delete a
message in the shared inbox, it goes to our respective deleted items folder.
Is there a way to direct the deleted items to the shared deleted items folder?

Outlook 2003 running on the Exchange Server
