Normaly when you click on Reply you get this structure

But on on Windows Live Mail Desktop when you send reply massage to recepient
he receives the massage in this structure

I want to add that happens only with the TEXT format mail. If you are
replying to HTML mail, it is in a normal way.

P.S. Good demostration of this problem is this reply massage. Look at the
structure it has.
