If someone responds to my questions, do I get an email or do I have to come
to this newsgroup everytime to see if someone responded.
As you can tell, I'm completely iliterate.

Also, How can I make the newsgroups a shortcut on my desktop. I made a
favorite but I don't know where it stored it.

Sorry, 2 more, it is normal that joining this group went thru Yahoo to get
here.
I don't want to save microfts email giving me the link to this site just so
I can go into it to click on the link to sign in. HELP
