Replication upload does not working through GPRS for more than 3 records!!!

Dear All,

I am using merge replication and everything it's ok except that when
the subscriber database has to upload, through GPRS, more than 3
records to publisher database the connection ending with error 28037.
When we upload up to 3 records everything is working fine.
Download has no problem no matter the size.

If we try to replicate through any other connection everything is
working perfect.

it's a little crazy.

Any suggestion?
