Replication Problem

Hello.

I have three domain controllers and one of them is having problems
replicating the active directory on one of them (named Duygu).
I make a change from "AD Users and Computers" and I see that it's not being
replicated.
There is no problem with physical connections DNS configurations, and the
other servers are just fine. I can even access other servers
(start-run-\\server etc.) through Duygu.

Do you have any ideas about the probable source of the problem?
Thanks.

Some symptoms:
- I open "AD Sites and Services". I go to servers-Duygu-ntds settings. When
I right-click on any of the servers on the right hand side and choose
"Replicate Now", I get an error saying "Logon failure: unknown user name or
bad password.". There are no problems when I try the same thing for other
servers.

- Application log has a lot of:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 02.12.2003
Time: 23:06:46
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: DUYGU
Description:
Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. Return value (1317).

- The Directory Service log has a lot of:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: NTDS General
Event Category: (9)
Event ID: 1224
Date: 02.12.2003
Time: 21:50:24
User: NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON
Computer: DUYGU
Description:
An attempt to automatically update information on this Computer object and
this Server object failed with error 0. The attempt will be made again in
22 minutes. DSID 32b033c.

I don't have a DC to hand right now but, if memory serves, on the broken
DC install the Support Tools and run a Command Prompt. Within the
Command Prompt, enter -

dcdiag /repairmachineaccount

- or -

dcdiag /recreatemachineaccount

I believe the latter is Windows Server 2003 specific.
