Replaced Document Retrieval

I accidently replaced a document (titled "Document") with another document. I
desperately need the original document retrieved. Is it possible to retrieve
a "replaced document" ?

Highly unlikely. Replacing means it was overwritten with the new one. You
could try some of the utilities for recovering files but the odds aren't
good.
