That is only to allow you to give specific commands that may be useful,
but not a full repair. Instead take the Setup Windows option, and after
the license agreement you can either:

Take New Install, then when it asks you to confirm where, you can hit
ESC and get the chance to delete the current partition, and create a new
RAW one to be formatted as the next part of the setup (you will then
need to activate the system again, just as first time)

or
Take 'Repair Installation'. This will retain your existing software
installations and most settings. But Updates will have to be run again,
especially SP1; and if you have drivers that only arrived with that,
like USB 2 ones, you will need to update drivers for the devices
concerned. You may find that things like virtual memory settings and
some aspects of appearance have reverted to defaults

Either way, make sure you enable the Internet Connection Firewall
*before* you go on the internet at all, so you do not get infected
before installing the necessary security upgrades: SP1 if not already
there, plus the cumulative patch at
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;826939
getting the complete download (9 MB) at the link
Download the 826939 package now
about a third the way down.
