Repair IE 6.0

I use WIN98SE, I.E. 6.0, AU 6.0, tried repairing I.E. 6.0 and got error msg.
saying it couldn't be done because scrrun.dll is missing. Am I lost here?

Does this have anything to do with me not being able to paste into my email
cleaner or word pad?
