Renaming the Administrator Account

Hello,

I would like to rename the administrator account to something else. I
know how to do it, but am concerned if there can be any issues when
doing so, such as corrupting the profile.

Will everything run as it did before the change ....... permissions,
etc?

Running Win2k, sp4. Fully patched.

Since the days of Windows NT, it has been considered a good idea to rename
the Administrator account as mentioned in
