Do be very very careful of one thing -- after they have installed XP
make them go on line to activate it and then go to Windows Update for
updates and force the Windows Genuine Advantage to verify that you have
a genuine copy installed. Make sure they leave you a genuine Microsoft
copy with the KEY so that you can reinstall later if you have to.

I have come across a couple of cases where a PC that went in for
"repair" by such a squad came back working but when the user went to
Windows Update it was told that the KEY was not a valid one for you to
have on your machine.
