Removing porn from right click.

when i right click on my internet explorer, one of the
lines i get (like encoding; Back; print etc.) is "Free
Porn Site".

I want to remove that line; can anyone please help me?

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
