Removing Old Removed Programs from Customize Notifications

Hi All, I have four downloaded programs in Customize Notifications that I
thought I removed from my PC in ADD&REMOVE in Control Panel but they show up
in Customize Notifications. My PC seems to take a long time starting up, like
it is running these four programs before I even go on line.None of these
programs show up in Control Panel.These are WEBROOT SPY SWEEPER, ALURIAS
SPYWARE MEMORY MONITER, SPY SUBTRACT VENUS FLY TRAP, DOWNLOAD ACCELERATOR
PLUS. Thanks for any help I can get. Everyone have a SAFE AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS,

Not sure if that is the cause for slow startup, but here is how you clear the past items:
