Removing obsolete domains from network places

I was wonder how you remove old domains or workgroups form
network places? And or if there is a way to find any
machines that mite still be on the network in those
domains or workgroups? If i try to go into them gives
access denied so I can not browse to see what or who is
registerd thanks for any info.

Generally old entries in the browse list will disappear after a little time. They may
be old shortcuts that Windows created for you. Go to your user profile under
documents and settings and look for the nethood folder and delete any entries that
you do not want anymore. --- Steve
