How is it possible to remove unnecessary items in Control
Panel -> Applications installation? (for items already
uninstalled but still in the list)
With Win 98, the TweaukUI utility had an option to remove
items from that list.

Remove the items from the Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
You can also use third-party software like the jv16 Power Tools
