Removed program still showing in add/ remove programs

I removed a program from my computer, but the add/remove
program file still showes the program installed and i can
not reinstall the program. I removed the directory and
any reg lines with a program from the manufacture but it
still shows and will not reinstal.
The program is Studeo 8 and reg removal tool is from them
as well.
How do i get the add and remove to compleatly remove the
program? Besudes reinstalling all of windows xp pro

If a program has been removed but it still shows up in Add/Remove programs,
you can use Tweak UI from Microsoft to remove it.
