Remove Specific Start Menu Highlight in XP

Hi, I want to remove the highlighting for newly installed programs in Win XP
for specific programs, and at other times for all of the items. But I do not
want to disable this capability via turning off the highlight option.

So how do I clear this history?

NVM, it seems when I tell it to clear document history, it takes care of it
for me.
