Remove folders MSOCashe, SWSetup, System.sav?

Hi,

I have been using Vista x64 SP1 for about 2 weeks. I found these folders on
my C drive and was wondering if they are necessary and have to stay there or
can removed or relocated down and deeper the folder tree:

MSOCashe
SWSetup
System.save
Per flogs
Program Files (x64) - why is this necessary if there is a Program Files
folder?
