Remove First Windows 2000 Domain Controller

Are there any steps I need to do to remove the first
Widnows 2000 domain controller I upgraded from Windows NT
4? I already moved the 5 FSMO roles to other Domain
Controllers. Is all I have to do is dcpromo and demote?

Just make sure, that this server is not the only Global Catalog server on
your network, and that there are still live DNS servers around. Otherwise
dcpromo is enough. Just dont select "This is the last DC in domain" check
box.
