Removal of test group policy

Is there a way of removing a group policy, I'm a newbie to them.
I created a group policy and changed the local user settings, when I
restarted to test the settings they work fine in the user section and now I
can't access mmc or the same things in administrator? is there a way to
remove the policy in admin

I found the fix from a regedit doc
