removal of shared file

I get message access denied, the source file in use.

I need to delete this file, I have deleted all temporary
files and I still cannot delete.

Can anyone tell me next steps.

Try rebooting in Safe mode; if it does not work, booting with a dos
diskette will allow you to delete anyfile, be careful! Some utilities
allow you to program the deletion of a file on reboot, but I cannot
remember any of their names. Sorry.
