Remote Desktop question

How can I access a user worktation using RDP *without* disturbing its
current session? In other words without the user know there is an admin
connecting remotely to its pc with RDP

? I know there is a "hack" for this.

You can do this on a server, or you can do it using an alternative
product such as WinVNC.
