hey,
I want to use rdp from computer A to connect computer B over a
network. But as EULA single user license exists computer B kicks out
current user session so RDP user can login. What I can't figure out is
that how can I use rdp to connect into the current user session and
take over its desktop without having to log user out.

Remote Desktop assistance is not an option ..

Computer B is a XP SP2

This is not a question of the EULA but of the restriction built
into Windows XP: Either you run a console session or an
RDP session. Shadowing a console session is only available
on servers.

You could use an alternative product such as WinVNC.
