remote desktop on win2000 host

Hi,

I want to use remote desktop from my home computer (XP) to
connect to my office computer (Win2000).
I can easily connect to another XP computer at my office
but with the win2000 machine, it does not seem to work.
Can someone please give me a complete HOW-TO paper or
weblink to prepare my win2000 office computer to be host
for my home XP client computer.

Since I`m not a Win2000 guru, please keep it as simple as
possible

Thanx in advance

Windows 2000 Pro lacks the "Remote Desktop Server"
(so to speak) capability.

WinXP has it built in.
Windows 2000 Server has Terminal Services to which
you can make a remote desktop connection to.

You can upgrade to XP or use VNC, pcAnywhere, etc.
