Remote Desktop Connection Failed

I have Windows 2000 Professional computer where I have installed Remote
Desktop Connection utility. If I want to connect to any Windows XP
computer from this w2k machine I can connect but if I want to connect
to W2K machine from any other workstation I can't. Is there any setting
I need to do on W2K machine so that I can connect from other machine?

Only Windows XP Professional or Windows Servers can act as
a Remote Desktop host. You have to use an alternative product,
e.g. WinVNC.

Thanks Pegasus for your prompt response.

You mean I can't connect to Windows 2000 Prof machine from XP machine
using RDC? Is that correct?

Thanks,
