Remote Connections

Hi
I maybe giving a relative our laptop (win 10). She is quite elderly and mainly uses Skype.
I don't think that trying to explain updates ect will work!
I have been looking at several options : Ammyy admin and Logmein.
From what I have read both seem OK.
I am concerned about any security issues regarding this them.
If anyone has any experience with remote connections I would like to hear from you.

just as a FYI ... I know nothing about remote access apart from making sure it is disabled.

Chill ya boots, we don't sit here waiting for someone to post a question, and I've been real busy lately so sorry but I missed this post completely.

Teamviewer is what I use on many occasion. Also if they use Chrome get them to install the Chome Remote Desktop addon. its even easier than Teamviewer.

Security wise its fine they have to grant you (or anyone else for that matter) access before you can control the machine anyway.
