Remote Connect for non-Admins

Guest

I have two servers, one Windows 2003 and one Windows 2000.
I currently connect to the Win 2K Machine that is located in Dalles from my
2K3 Machine located in Portland using Remote Desktop.

However, I need to setup two other users to be able to do the same thing
without giving them Full Admins access to the 2K machine. Neither of these
machines are DC's nor are the on a domain.

What policy or other settings need to be changed to allow remote desktop
connection to a 2K machine?
